We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an EU customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
No Return Shipping Required Because our products are shipped from international warehouses, we do not require you to send items back. If you experience any issues with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will issue a full refund without requiring a return.
How to Request a Refund Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at katimgaic6@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item (for damaged or defective products)
Refund Processing Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items We do not offer refunds for orders where the customer simply changed their mind after the item has been shipped.
